In spite of the plan.

Sometimes it’s not about the pre-planning, the careful pre-engagement activities…

Because sometimes even when all that pre-work is stellar, showing clear as day that

What is about to be embarked on is fool-proof or otherwise guaranteed,

Even then it could all crumble, even then it could fall apart, even then it could break

-And then you ask how?

Which is when you learn -and must accept – that life is unpredictable, and can not be

Pre-empted….

That people are fickle, circumstances just as subject to unsuspecting changes…

That my darling, is when you learn to have the strength to choose faith -

Because that is when you must see that life must have way better in store for you

Than you can possibly fathom.

Your eyes must be awake, and your heart open, to see that if life can take from you

That which you thought was the ultimate,

That if you could fathom, and fall in love with the idea of something, convinced that it is the best - but have life snatch that from you…

Then it must simply mean that life has tucked away for you something else that will quite literally Sweep you off your feet - because it is guaranteed to be above what you had imagined…

See what you could imagine is gone… so what will come will be nothing like it,

It shall come to take you by surprise…

And that my darling is when you understand what God means when He says that

He is able to do EXCEEDINGLY, ABUNDANTLY, ABOVE ALL that you can ask or think…

At that point you get so excited knowing that it gets better…

It only gets better from here, because God thinks that I deserve better.
